Dear Friends,

Please join us in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, October 26-28, for the 2021 AMBEST 33rd Annual Meeting. The time has come for us to look forward and begin “getting back to normal”. With that, we are planning our IN-PERSON annual meeting in beautiful downtown Nashville TN at the Omni Hotel. We recognize that there is still some uncertainty, know that we take the health and safety of our members, vendors and associates VERY seriously. As we plan this meeting, we will follow all official guidance relative to reopening and adjust accordingly. We expect Nashville to be open and without restrictions in October!

Certainly 2020 and the beginning of 2021 have been wrought with challenges. It may seem like we have been stuck in first or second gear the last 14 months. This year’s theme is “Shifting Gearz”, we want to get together in person to celebrate coming through these hard times together and to look forward to better days to come.

The AMBEST 33rd Annual Meeting is a great opportunity for members to take part in experiences and build camaraderie. This will lead to continued growth and success as well as help strengthen current, or build new and more engaged, vendor partnerships. We look forward to hosting you and your team here in our back yard of Nashville TN. AMBEST is here to serve our Members, Vendors and Fleet Partners.

We look forward to seeing you in downtown Music City!

Sincerely Yours,

Steve Allen
