AMBUCK$ Contest Rules - 2023

Prizes
Prizes include the Grand Prize Pontiac Firebird Trans AM cosponsored by AMBEST, Lucas Oil Products, Monster Energy, and PowerUP Mobile Accessories. Quarterly prizes of $1000 worth of AMBUCK$ points for one lucky driver.  Six times per year (February, April, June, August, October, December) a lucky driver will have the choice of a 4K Smart TV, an Apple iPhone, or a Samsung Laptop. Additional prize drawings may be added during the year. 

Winners are listed on the AMBEST website at www.am-best.com. Winners can claim their prize at any location by having a manager call 1-800-866-4086. Winner must complete required paper work and then is eligible to receive the prize. The AMBUCK$ prize points will be deposited in the winners AMBUCK$ card account. All 2022 quarterly prizes must be claimed by June 30, 2023.

Grand Prize winner is not eligible to win the grand prize for 5 years after his/her win. Winner can not work for or be related to any employee of AMBEST Inc. or any of the locations in the AMBEST network. Winner must be able to attend the Mid-America Truck Show in Louisville KY (usually the last week of March), for the Grand Prize Presentation.

All prizes are awarded at the sole discression of AMBEST Inc.

Eligibility
AMBUCK$ cardholders who are not employees or family members of AMBEST corporate or AMBEST member locations are eligible to win prizes. AMBUCK$ points can be earned for diesel fuel purchases by providing your AMBUCK$ card at the point of sale. Some locations grant AMBUCK$ points for retail, food and service sales. AMBUCK$ cards must be registered prior to redemption of any AMBUCK$ points. Unregistered cards are not eligible for prize drawings. 

Grand Prize winner is not eligible to win the grand prize again for 5 years.

AMBEST, Inc., its officers or affiliate members are not responsible for points not secured at the time of purchase or for cards not properly registered. Cards may be registered by calling 800-866-4086 or visiting www.am-best.com. Winners are randomly selected from purchase transactions on registered AMBUCK$ cards during the duration of the promotion. Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Duration
The Annual Drawing for the AMBUCK$ Grand Prize will be on February 16, 2024 and will include registered AMBUCK$ card points issue transactions from January 1, 2023 to February 15, 2024. The Pontiac Firebird Trans Am will be awarded to the lucky winner at the Mid America Trucking Show in Lousiville Kentucky (Usually the last week of March). Winner must be able to attend the grand prize presenation at Mid America Trucking Show.

Winners are drawn from AMBUCK$ point issuance transactions between January 1, 2023 and February 15, 2024.

AMBUCK$ Cards must be REGISTERED in order to qualify for prizes.

AMBUCK$® points expire 2 years from the original date of issuance.
